Includes full MLS input only. Agents must provide any property details not available from previous listings, tax records, or online sources. This service does not include photo uploads, showing instructions, property visits, or any additional listing tasks.
Basic Listing Package - $199
Includes full MLS input, photo uploads, setting up showing instructions, and uploading documents into TransDesk, along with other basic listing tasks. This package does NOT include property visits or contacting the seller. Agents must provide any property details not available from previous listings, tax records, or online sources. Additional requests beyond this package may incur extra fees.
All-in-One Listing Package - $399
This package provides comprehensive support to get your listing ready and live on the MLS:
- Full MLS input, photo uploads, and setup of showing instructions.
- Coordination of listing photography, including scheduling with the photographer and confirming with the agent/seller.
- Property visit coordination: the Listing Coordinator will arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Can include installation of the “For Sale” sign and lockbox (items must be on the property at time of arrival). Pickup requests may incur additional fees.
- Optional services: room measurements, property description creation, and setting up Open House in MLS (fist weekend only).
- Agents must provide any property details not available from previous listings, tax records, or online sources.
Please Note:
- Property visits are Monday–Friday within a 10–15 mile radius of our office; additional fees may apply for locations outside this range.
- Rush fees may apply if expedited service is needed.
- This package does not include individual photo descriptions for MLS, uploading documents into TransDesk, or email communication with other agents, lenders, or clients.
- Services are performed during normal business hours only.
- Additional requests beyond this package may incur extra fees.
Listing Coordination Fee Paid Upfront
LISTING SERVICES — Once you place your order, your Listing Coordinator will reach out to confirm the details. An invoice will be sent upon request submission, and services will begin once payment is received. This service concludes when your listing goes active on the MLS. If you need anything afterward, we’re happy to help - additional services may require a separate upfront payment and will be invoiced accordingly. Applicable taxes will be added.
